SnapJig ("we", "our", "the app") is a jigsaw puzzle game developed by QSRéseau Canada Inc. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

Photos and Images: When you take a photo or select an image to create a puzzle, the image is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server.

Game Data: Game history (completion time, moves, hints) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this data.

Language Preference: Your selected language is stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Pixabay: When you browse online images, we fetch image data from the Pixabay API. Your search queries are sent to Pixabay's servers. See Pixabay's Privacy Policy.

Metropolitan Museum of Art: Art collection images are fetched from the Met Museum's public API. No personal data is sent.

Camera and Photo Library

The app requests camera and photo library permissions solely to let you take or select photos for puzzles. Photos are processed and stored entirely on your device.

Data Storage

All app data (images, game history, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that collect or store your personal data.

Children's Privacy

SnapJig does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app displays ads provided by Google AdMob which may be non-personalized.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
